The Indian Maharadja UK – Terms of Sale & Delivery
Effective for all purchases from The Indian Maharadja UK either in person, by email or on line through www.theindianmaharadjauk.co.uk
By placing an order on our website or by email, you agree to these terms.
The Indian Maharadja UK is a trading name of IAMSPORT Ltd., registered in England and Wales at: 1 Cherry Gardens, Worthing, West Sussex, BN13 3QU

1. Ordering
By E-mail
• Request an order form from info@theindianmaharadjauk.co.uk.
• Choose quantities (maximum 25 items per order unless otherwise agreed).
• Email your completed form to us at sales@theindianmaharadjauk.co.uk.
• We’ll confirm stock, expected delivery times and agree payment terms
• We may ask for part payment or full payment before your order is dispatched
• If we ask for a payment – we will only process your order once payment is made
Online
• Add items to your bag.
• Select quantities (max. 25 units per order unless otherwise approved).
• Review specifications (size, colour) before checkout.
• Create an account (keep your login details secure).
• Enter delivery and payment information.
• You’ll receive an acknowledgement email after checkout.
Other Options
• You can place an order directly with us using other options (if more convenient)
• Orders by WhatsApp, direct email to our staff will usually be accepted
• You should check that you have received an acknowledgement from us
Please note: A binding contract is formed only when we confirm that your order has been accepted.
2. Products & Pricing
• Product descriptions and prices are listed on our website.
• If a particular product is not available – we may suggest an alternative suitable option for consideration.
• Prices are shown in Pounds Sterling (GBP) and include VAT unless stated otherwise.
• Shipping costs are additional unless otherwise specified – but will be in line with the actual cost of distribution.
• If an error in pricing occurs, we will correct it before processing your order and advise you. We are not obliged to supply goods at an incorrect price.
3. Payment
• We accept major credit/debit cards on our website and any other methods listed at the checkout.
• If you order by Email or directly you will need to pay by bank transfer. The payment details will be on the invoice provided.
• All payments are processed in GBP (£). If your bank operates in another currency, you may be charged additional fees by your bank.
4. Delivery
• Shipping charges depend on weight, destination, and service type.
• Delivery to addresses outside the UK are subject to agreement before placing your order.
• We will confirm delivery costs before you pay.
• Heavy, oversized, or special orders may carry additional charges. If you do not agree, you may cancel before dispatch.
• Deliveries cannot be made to PO Boxes.
• Orders may be shipped in multiple parcels at no extra cost.
5. Returns & Cancellations
Cooling-off period (UK & EU law):
• You have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your order under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013¹.
Not eligible for return:
• Customised or personalised products.
• Unsealed hygiene-related items.
• Goods that have been inseparably mixed with others after delivery.
• Goods that have been used and are subject to wear and tear.
Return conditions:
• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, with all tags attached.
How to cancel/return:
• Email sales@theindianmaharadjauk.co.uk or write to our UK office (above).
• Return items within 14 days of notifying us of your cancellation.
• Return postage is your responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds:
• Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving your returned goods.
• We may deduct any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary.
• Refunds are issued via your original payment method.
6. Faulty or Incorrect Items
• If an item is faulty or you received the wrong product, please contact us with your order details and description of the issue.
• You are entitled to a replacement or refund in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015².
• We will cover return postage up to the cost of standard delivery.
7. Liability
• Our maximum liability is limited to the price you paid for the goods and foreseeable losses caused directly by us.
• We are not responsible for loss of profits, business opportunities, or data.
• Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or where such limits are unlawful under UK law.
8. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failure to deliver caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g., strikes, natural disasters, extreme weather, transport issues).
9. Communications
We will communicate primarily by email. Electronic communications meet the requirement for written notices.
10. Intellectual Property
All website content is owned by The Indian Maharadja UK or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it without prior written permission.
11. Complaints
To make a complaint, please email info@theindianmaharadjauk.co.uk quoting your order number and details of your issue.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. You are bound by the version in effect when you place your order, unless legal updates require immediate changes.
13. Safety Notice
Sports equipment should only be used with proper training and safety precautions. Always follow the manufacturer’s guidelines and use appropriate protective gear.
14. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved by the courts of England and Wales.
15. Data Protection & Privacy
• We collect and process your personal data (such as name, address, email, and payment details) only for the purpose of fulfilling your orders, processing payments, arranging delivery, and handling returns or complaints.
• We comply with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018³.
• Your data will be stored securely and only shared with third parties necessary for order fulfilment (e.g., payment providers, delivery companies).
• We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.
• You have the right to:

o Request deletion of your data where legally permitted.
