The Indian Maharadja UK – Returns & Warranty Policy

At The Indian Maharadja UK, we want you to shop with confidence. Whether you’ve chosen the wrong size, changed your mind, or believe your product has developed a fault, we’ll make the process simple and fair.

Wrong Size or Changed Your Mind

• You can return any unused item within 14 days of receipt for a full refund.

• During the holiday season (1st December – 31st December), our returns window is extended to 28 days so you can shop stress-free.

How to return:

1. Contact us at info@theindianmaharadjauk.co.uk to advise us that you wish to return the item (s) and stating your reasons.

2. We will contact you and send you details of how to return the items to us

3. You will need to post the items back to us – at your own cost.

4. Download and complete our returns form from [link].

Please note: We do not process exchanges, as stock moves quickly and sizes may sell out before your return arrives.

If you’d like a different size or colour, simply place a new order through our website and we’ll dispatch it straight away.

Received the wrong item? Contact us directly so we can fix this without delay.

Faults & Warranty – Used Items

Our products are crafted for performance. But if you believe a fault has developed (which is not due to wear and tear) please follow the process outlined above for returning goods. 

If your item is confirmed faulty, you are entitled to:

• A repair or replacement and we will meet the associated cost of postage. 

• A discount in our on-line shop if you prefer to keep it.

• If neither repair nor replacement is possible, we will issue a refund.

Please note: This does not cover issues caused by normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or misuse. Items purchased more than 6 months ago fall outside the manufacturer’s warranty and cannot be returned.
